About Monique 'The Caregiver'

Fearless, Trailblazer, Ambitious, Courageous and Dedicated are words that you can use to describe Monique D. Whitney. She has been a lifelong caregiver who stopped graduate school at Montclair State University, to come home to assist her dad and sister with the care of her mom. When her dad went into renal failure she donated her kidney through the Johns Hopkins Incompatible Kidney Transplant Program on May 19, 2009.

Monique is a graduate of Shaw University with a degree in Mass Communications. Currently, she is a Realtor with Long & Foster, licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia (DMV Metro). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, Lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, the Shaw University Alumni Association and an Ambassador with the Washington Regional Transplant Community.
