Distraction

Sometimes the guilt will sneak up on you that you are not doing enough, or able to be there all the time. 

Yes, it’s ok to have a distraction or distractions. To me, it helps balance you as a person. Makes you feel like you are a person and connected to the world and human kind.

Being able to go to work, church or attending social and community meetings adds balance. I found that I needed to interact with people, I was missing that interpersonal communication. It served as a distraction from the day to day caregiving when I was caring for my mom and dad. 

Life Balance not Distraction…
