Your Relationship With Food

Live to Eat or Eat to Live

If you or you’re love one need to alter your diet, depending on where you/they are. It’s not as easy as it sounds. 

A question you might ask yourself: 

What is your relationship with food? 

This might open up a myriad of questions that comes to mind. 

Just know that this is a journey. Your situation didn’t happen overnight, so it will take some time to get on track and find the right balance for you. 

Whatever is decided, you start where you are. You will make mistakes and oops but in the long run, once you stick with it, you’ll SEE and FEEL the results. 

Try going back to your old ways — eating habits and non exercise. Find a body suit with your old weight and try walking around with that all day.
